By using this website or booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
We offer:
- PAT testing
- CCTV installation
- WiFi installation
- Property renovation & maintenance
- Property clearance solutions
Descriptions are kept accurate but may change.
2. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Some quotes may require an on-site inspection.
3. Payments
Payment is due:
- On completion for small jobs
- In staged payments for renovation projects
Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, card (if available).
4. Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours’ notice.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a call-out charge.
5. Liability
We are fully insured, but cannot accept liability for:
- Pre-existing faults
- Issues caused by third-party equipment
- Delays outside our control
6. Clearance Services
We cannot remove:
- Hazardous waste
- Clinical waste
- Chemicals
- Asbestos
